FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. | Emmanuel (Ga.) College opened the 2022-23 women's tennis season with a 6-1 win over Young Harris College Tuesday (Oct. 4) afternoon.
The Lions improved to 1-0, while the Mountain Lions fell to 0-1.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
- Emily Bush picked up the lone point for the Mountain Lions with her 6-2, 6-3 victory at No. 3 singles.
- Although Young Harris didn't claim the doubles point, Joselyne Chapui and Catarina Marcko Ferreira teammed up for a 6-3 decision at No. 1 doubles.
