MOUNT BERRY, Ga. | The Young Harris College women's cross country team finished in 13th place at the Berry Invitational Saturday (Oct. 15) morning.

INSIDE THE RESULTS:

• The Mountain Lions finished in 13th place at the 6K race with a total of 348 points. Georgia Tech won the meet with 25 points.
• Caroline Conner posted a time of 25:53.2 and was the top Mountain Lion in the race with a 45th place finish.
• Alison Markham came in 60th place with a time of 26:33.0, while Latty Ryals was next in 101st place with a time of 30:03.9.
• Chayil Aponte came in 110th place with a time of 31:06.4, while Beth Moreland had a time of 32:24.1 and came in 117th.
• Lori Mason had a time of 34:54.0 and came in 125th.
• The Mountain Lions return to action in three weeks on Nov. 5 when they will compete in the Peach Belt Conference Championship in Beech Island, South Carolina.
