YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Flagler College defeated Young Harris College 25-16, 25-7 and 25-14 in a Peach Belt Conference volleyball match Friday (Sept. 24) evening at the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

The Saints improved to 7-3 overall and to 2-0 in the PBC, while the Mountain Lions fell to 3-10 and 0-1. Young Harris returns to action Tuesday (Sept. 28) when they travel to Greenwood, South Carolina, for a 6 p.m. PBC match against Lander University.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Lily Hidalgo led the Mountain Lions with six kills, while Sophie Bearden had five.
• Annie Messler had five assists, while Ginger Truncale had four.
• Joha Bernis had seven digs, while Messler and Truncale each recorded three.
