GREENWOOD, S.C. | Lander University recorded a 25-11, 25-18 and 25-7 Peach Belt Conference volleyball victory over Young Harris College Tuesday (Sept. 28) evening at Finis Horne Arena.

The Bearcats improved to 8-5 overall and to 1-2 in the Peach Belt, while the Mountain Lions fell to 3-11 and 0-2. Young Harris steps out of conference play to face Carson-Newman University Friday (Oct. 1) at 6 p.m. inside the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Lily Hidalgo and Shelby Mullins each recorded four kills, while Jessica Beckner had three.
• Ginger Truncale had five assists, while Kori Still tallied two service aces.
• Joha Bernis posted seven digs, while Hidalgo had four and Alex Boystone added three.
