MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College defeated Young Harris College 25-12, 21-25, 25-9, 25-22 in a Peach Belt Conference volleyball match Saturday (April 3) afternoon at the Centennial Center.

The Bobcats improved to 5-5 overall and to 5-5 in the Peach Belt, while the Mountain Lions fell to 0-9 and 0-9.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

Young Harris, which is in its first season of volleyball, won its second set of the year when they won set two 25-21. The Mountain Lions nearly won the fourth set 25-22.
Jessica Beckner and Hailey Hart each had eight kills for the Mountain Lions, while Amber Cunningham had seven.
Alex Boydstone collected 16 assists, while Kori Still had nine.
Cunningham led the Mountain Lions with 26 digs, while Emily DeBerry registered 22. Boydstone (16), Still (15) and Hart (10) also tallied double figure digs.
