COLUMBUS, Ga. | Carly Winters and Lindsey Caudell combined for 50 points as Young Harris College recorded an 86-60 Peach Belt Conference women's basketball victory over Columbus State University Saturday (Feb. 20) afternoon at the Lumpkin Center.

The Mountain Lions improved to 5-6 overall and to 5-6 in the PBC, while the Cougars fell to 2-3 and 2-3.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Winters set a career high with 27 points on 7-of-15 shooting, including 7-of-12 from long distance. She was also a perfect 6-for-6 from the charity stripe and dished out five assists and five steals.
• Caudell also set a career high with 23 points on 7-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-7 from three-point range.She went 4-of-4 from the charity stripe and had six assists
• The Mountain Lions set season highs in field goals (31), three-pointers (14), assists (24), field goal shooting (.544, 31-of-57) and three-point shooting (.667, 14-of-21).
• It was the first time that Young Harris shot over 50 percent from the floor also season.
• YHC went perfect 10-of-10 from the free throw line.
• Niaya White added 17 points for YHC as she went 8-of-12 from the floor. She also grabbed five rebounds.
