Johnson's double double helps YHC fly past Wasps 70-58

MEADOWVIEW, Va. | Mackenzie Johnson's 16 points and 14 rebounds helped Young Harris College pull away in the fourth quarter as the Mountain Lions defeated Emory & Henry College 70-58 in a non-conference women's basketball game Friday (Dec. 10) evening.

The Mountain Lions improved to 7-1, while the Wasps fell to 3-6. Young Harris returns to the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center for an 11 a.m. Education Day contest against the University of West Alabama Monday (Dec. 13). YHC will welcome students from Ranger and Hayesville middle schools to the game.
