MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College recorded a 25-19, 25-18, 18-25 and 26-24 Peach Belt Conference volleyball win over Young Harris College Saturday (Nov. 13) afternoon at the Centennial Center.

The Bobcats improved to 10-21 overall and to 4-6 in the Peach Belt, while the Mountain Lions fell to 3-22 and 0-10. Both teams will return to action next weekend at the 2021 Peach Belt Conference Tournament that will be hosted by Augusta University. The brackets for the tournament will be announced Monday (Nov. 15).

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Chaise Vaigneur had 11 kills for the Mountain Lions, while Lily Hidalgo added nine. Shelby Mullins posted seven kills, while Alex Pierre collected six.
• Ginger Truncale distributed 15 assists while Annie Messler had nine and Alex Boydstone added eight more.
• Joha Bernis led the Mountain Lions with 12 digs, while Vaigneur and Hidalgo had nine each.
• The Mountain Lions had 12 team blocks. Mullins had three block solos and five block assists, while Lorin Tidick had two block solos and three block assists. 
• Senior Marie Ahern was recognized prior to the match.
