YOUNG HARRIS, Ga.  |  Seth McCoy led the way with 28 points as seven players scored in double digits as the Purple team defeated the White team 141-100 in the annual Purple-White men's basketball intrasquad game Wednesday (Oct. 31) at the YHC Basketball Arena. 

McCoy went 9-of-14 from beyond the arc for the Purple team and added a free throw for his game high 28 points along with five rebounds. Nicksen Blanc picked up a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. 

J.J. Flores went 10-of-11 with 25 points and three rebounds, while Cheick Kone added 18 points and eight rebounds for team Purple. Brian Harper tallied 11 points, four rebounds, and seven assists.

Terrynce Jackson had a team-high 21 points for the White team as they had five players score in double digits. Josh Graham added 18 points with four rebounds, while Abba Wague tallied 17 points and two rebounds. Ricky Hicks scored four points, totaled three rebounds, and dished out seven assists.

The Mountain Lions kick off the season on the road in Hickory, North Carolina, Friday (Nov. 9) as they play Lenoir-Rhyne University in a 5:30 p.m. contest.
