BELMONT, N.C. | The Young Harris College women's tennis team opened their 2016 campaign with an 8-0 shutout over Belmont Abbey College Friday (Feb. 12) afternoon at the Michael Reidy Tennis Center.
 
The Mountain Lions improved to 1-0 while the Crusader fell to 1-3. Young Harris will open its home schedule as well as its Peach Belt Conference opener Feb. 20 when they face No. 31 Flagler College in a 10 a.m. match at the Bob & Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.
