FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. | After a blank scoreboard for most of the match, Sunny Bowlin-Stacy found the back of the net once again to give the Mountain Lions a late 1-0 lead, which they would go on to hold for the 1-0 win. Bowlin-Stacy is responsible for both Mountain Lion goals in the conference tournament — and that's all they've needed so far.
The Mountain Lions improve to 11-5-3 overall and advance to the Conference Carolinas semifinals with the win tonight. The Lions fall to 6-7-4; their loss tonight was their first since the Mountain Lions defeated them 5-0 on October 1.
