TOCCOA, Ga. | The Young Harris College men's golf team turned in a strong final round to climb the leaderboard and finish tied for ninth at the Currahee Collegiate, hosted at Currahee Golf Club. The Mountain Lions posted rounds of 303, 296, and an impressive 288 on the final day for a team total of 887 (+23) in the 16-team field.

Leading the way for Young Harris was Samuel Ankelstam, who delivered a consistent and clutch performance across all three rounds. Ankelstam finished 5th overall with a score of 210 (-6), carding rounds of 71 (-1), 71 (-1), and a final-round 68 (-4) to help anchor the team's surge.

Adrian Ronn continued his strong fall season; finishing tied for 10th at 215 (-1). Ronn opened with a stellar 67 (-5), followed by two rounds of 74 (+2), showing poise and resilience throughout the tournament.

Alex Miggas bounced back from a tough opening round to finish tied for 51st at 228 (+12). Miggas improved each day, shooting 84 (+12), 74 (+2), and closing with a solid 70 (-2) to contribute to the team's final push.

Todd Marovich rounded out the top four performers for Young Harris, placing tied for 65th with a score of 234 (+18). Marovich posted rounds of 81 (+9), 77 (+5), and 76 (+4).
