YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | The Young Harris Women's Tennis Team competed against the Nighthawks of UNG on Friday (Oct. 18) at the Bob and Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex. YHC fought hard but were unable to secure a victory in the match, falling 5-0. 

SINGLES: 

Young Harris was competitive in their singles matches with Simone Mercier and Viviana Gomez falling in two sets. Callie Stanfield put together a competitive match, falling to UNG's Emily Bush in two sets (6-3, 6-1). 

DOUBLES: 

The duo of Futaba Saito and Andreia Semeano were able to put together a competitive match, falling to the duo of Ashley Moinard and Emily Bush of UNG (6-4). Simone Mercier and Maud Scholten fought hard before falling to UNG's duo of Angelina Linnikova and Carolina Reis.
