Young Harris, Ga. | The Mountain Lions women's soccer team took on the Bulldogs from Barton College on Tuesday (Oct. 15) afternoon at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field. Young Harris generated pressure constantly against Barton, rattling off 26 shots, but the Barton goalkeeper recorded 16 saves. The Bulldogs struck first near the midway point of the first half, before Shania Harris would answer to even the score at one. The second half featured great defensive play on both sides of the pitch, as the game would end with a 1-1 final score.
