Mountain Lions fall to Saints

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Limestone University recorded a 5-0 victory over Young Harris College Thursday (Aug. 31) evening at The YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field. 

The Saints improve to 1-0-0, while the Mountain Lions fall to 0-1-0. Young Harris returns to action Sunday, September 3rd in a 5 p.m. match against Lenoir-Rhyne University. 

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • Jacob Hancock led Limestone with three goals and Tim Wahlborg scored one. 
  • Stefan Roeb and Claudel N'Goubou dished out two assists, while Markus Rokseth and Pascal Werba recorded one apiece. 
  • The Saints scored two goals in the first half and added three in the second half. 
  • The Saints led the Mountain Lions in shots 13-11 and corner kicks 6-3.
