HARROGATE, Tenn. | Lincoln Memorial University recorded a 4-3 non-conference women's tennis victory over Young Harris College Sunday (Feb. 12) afternoon at the Indoor Tennis Facility.
The Railsplitters improved to 2-2, while the Mountain Lions fell to 1-5. YHC returns to action Friday (Feb. 17) with a 3 p.m. exhibition match against NCAA Division I-foe Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
INSIDE THE SCORESHEET:
- Despite LMU winning the doubles point, the duo of Joselyne Chapui and Louise Ratiu recorded a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles.
- Chapui, Simone Mercier and Ratiu all claimed victories in singles. Chapui won in three sets, while Mercier and Ratiu won in straight sets.Â
