YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Fifth-ranked Columbus State University recorded a 7-0 Peach Belt Conference women's tennis victory over Young Harris College Friday (April 15) afternoon at the Bob & Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.
The Cougars improved to 15-4 overall and to 5-0 in the Peach Belt, while the Mountain Lions fell to 5-13 and 0-5. YHC will play Georgia Southwestern State University Thursday (April 21) in a 1 p.m. home match.
INSIDE THE SCORESHEET:
- Columbus State won each match in straight sets.
- Louise Ratiu and Bailee Wilson battled in their doubles match, but lost 6-4 in the second flight.
