AUGUSTA, Ga. | Young Harris College's Tobias Jonsson has been named the Peach Belt Conferemce Men's Golfer of the Week.

Jonsson shot rounds of 74, 64, and 66 for a six-under par 204 to capture The Bobcat Invitational. The 64 in the second round was a course record as well as a YHC program best, it was also the lowest round in the PBC this season. It was the Huddinge, Sweden, native's first tournament win and he is the seventh Mountain Lion in the NCAA era to win a tournament. The 204 total also established a career best 54-hole score for Jonsson, who was also named to the all-tournament team, slicing eight strokes of the previous mark. Jonsson jumps to fifth in the PBC in stroke average (71.4).
