YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Young Harris College won its first-ever set in the program's history, but Flagler College defeated the Mountain Lions 25-19, 23-25, 25-14 and 25-12 in a Peach Belt Conference women's volleyball match Saturday (March 13) afternoon at the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.
The Saints improved to 6-2 overall and to 4-0 in the Peach Belt, while the Mountain Lions fell to 0-3 and 0-3.

- Hailey Hart led the Mountain Lions with 10 kills, while Jessica Beckner had nine.
- Alex Boydstone had 23 assists for YHC.
- Emily DeBerry racked up 13 digs, while Annie Messler had nine. Boydstone and Hart tallied seven each.
- Hart had two solo blocks, while Boydstone and Marie Ahern had two block assists.
- Young Harris claimed the first-ever set win in the program's short history as they defeated the Saints, who shared the PBC regular-season title in 2019, 25-23 in the second set. The Mountain Lions jumped out to an early 12-4 advantage, before Flagler rallied to take a 20-19 lead. However, the Mountain Lions scored four unanswered points to push ahead 23-20. Flagler tied the match at 23 before a Saint service ace gave YHC a 24-23 lead. Becker's kill off a Boydstone assist sealed the set victory for the Mountain Lions.
