YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Sondre Olsen's penalty kick ibn the 98th minute gave Young Harris College a 4-3 Peach Belt Conference men's soccer victory over Clayton State University Monday (Feb. 22) afternoon at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field.

The Mountain Lions improved to 2-0-0 overall and to 2-0-0 in the league, while the Lakers fell to 1-2-0 and 1-2-0.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Olsen's winning penalty kick, which went into the bottom left corner of the goal, was set up when Olsen was fouled inside the box.
• Olsen is 2-for-2 in career penalty kicks.
• Tony Barry tied the match at 1 for the Mountain Lions at the 15:29 mark. Val Feeney sent the ball into Barry, who scored from 35 yards out.
• Saad Maziane scored the first of his two goals at the 36:43 mark off an assist from  Quinn Thompson to give YHC a 2-1 lead.
• After Clayton State tied the match at 2, the Mountain Lions took a 3-2 lead into halftime as Maziane scored with 18.8 seconds left in the half. Feeney started the play with a corner kick to Adam Kirkwood at the far post. Kirkwood found Maziane at the left post who knocked in the back of the net.
• The Lakers tied the game in the 61st minutes and neither team could find the game winner the remainder of regulation.
• Young Harris held a 14-9 advantage on shots, including a 8-4 margin on target. 
• The Mountain Lions doubled up the Lakers on corner kicks 6-3.
• Eduardo D'Avino had one save in goal for YHC.
