YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Three players finished with 14 points apiece as the Black team defeat Grey 67-29 in the annual Young Harris College women's basketball Purple-White game Monday (Oct. 25) evening at the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Mackenzie Johnson, Samantha Matthews and Christina Nichols each led the Black team with 14 points each.
• Johnson also notched a double double as she pulled down 18 rebounds.
• Niaya White added eight points, while Olivia Tucker and Lindsey Caudell each tossed in six.
• Magdalene Adebanjo led the Grey team with seven points and six rebounds.
• Andelin Hill led the Grey team with eight rebounds, while Alana Gray and Miller Schachner had seven each.
• The Mountain Lions tip off their 2021-22 season Nov. 12 when they travel to Dahlonega, Georgia, to face Emmanuel (Ga.) College in a 2 p.m. contest.
