GREENEVILLE, Tenn. | Tusculum University defeated Young Harris College 6-1 in a non-conference women's tennis match Saturday (Feb. 22) afternoon at the Nichols Tennis Complex.
The 17th-ranked Pioneers improved to 6-1, while the Mountain Lions fell to 5-2. Young Harris opens its home spring schedule Sunday (Feb. 23) with a 2 p.m. match against Lincoln Memorial University at the Bob and Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.
Carol Quevedo earned the Mountain Lion point with a 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (10-4) at No. 2 singles.
