AIKEN, S.C. | Chandler Rogers collected five hits to lead the University of South Carolina-Aiken to a 6-0 Peach Belt Conference baseball victory over Young Harris College Friday (May 3) evening at Roberto Hernandez Stadium.
The Pacers improved to 28-20 overall and moved into third place in the league with a 17-11 ledger, while the Mountain Lions fell to 31-17 and fell to fourth place in the PBC at 15-11 with two games remaining in the regular season. The teams will play the middle game of their series Saturday (May 4) at 4 p.m.
USC Aiken, which had 15 hits in the game, scored two runs in the second, fifth and sixth innings to account for the scoring against Young Harris starter
