Mountain Lions fall to No. 8 Columbus State

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga.  |  Young Harris College fell to No. 8 Columbus State University 7-0 in a Peach Belt Conference women's tennis match Sunday (April 7) afternoon at the Bob and Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex. 

The Cougars improved to 17-3 overall and 7-0 in the PBC, while the Mountain Lions fell to 1-10 and 1-6. Young Harris travels to St. Augustine, Florida, for a 1 p.m. match Saturday (April 13) against Flagler College. 

Oriana Labaqui fought a tough match at No. 1 singles but fell short 6-4 and 6-0.
