YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Cory Ewald hit his team-leading fourth home run of the season in the bottom of the ninth inning to lead Young Harris College past Lenoir-Rhyne University 7-6 in a non-conference baseball game Wednesday (March 14) evening at Zell B. Miller Field.
The Mountain Lions improved to 11-11, while the Bears fell to 17-9. Young Harris returns to action Friday (March 16) as they travel to Florence, South Carolina, to open up a three-game Peach Belt Conference series against Francis Marion University.

Steven Eichhorn (1-1) picked up his first win of the season for Young Harris as he allowed one run on one hit with one walk and one strikeout in three innings of relief.
