Graham Edwards of the YH Baseball team was electrifying on the mound in the Mountain Lions 5-0 win over Chowan in game two of what eventually turned into a Young Harris sweep. Dominant is an understatement for how Edwards pitched on Sunday, the graduate right-hander shoved for 6.2 innings, cutting down 16 Hawks via the strikeout. Edwards had a shutout going, with two outs remaining, but had thrown 119 pitches, and was pulled from the game. Upon exit, Graham Edwards received a standing ovation from teammates and fans at Zell B. Miller Field who saw his masterful performance.Â
