Played women's tennis for the Mountain Lions from 2021-2024. During her time as a player, Meghna won 25 singles matches and 19 doubles matches. Mallath was the epitome of the term "student-athlete" while enrolled in school at Young Harris. During her three years as a student-athlete of YHC, Meghna Mallath earned: Three PBC Gold Scholar Presidential Honor Roll Awards, two ITA Academic Awards (2022 & 2023), two D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards (2022 & 2023), the 2023 PBC Elite 16 award, was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team (2023 & 2024), named to the 2023 PBC Team of Academic Distinction, and earned the ITA Arthur Ashe Award. Meghna joins the women's tennis coaching staff before the start of the 2024-25 season.
