AS A SENIOR (2024) 

• Competed in five events 
• Put together a 6k personal best at the 2nd Annual Young Harris XC Opener with a time of 18:24.9, finishing in 2nd place 
• Placed 20th at the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 26:18.4 

• Competed in all six matches for the Mountain Lions
• Recorded career best 6k time of 19:38.5 at the Young Harris XC Opener, placing 28th
• Recorded career best 8k time of 25:54.8 at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational
• Recorded career best 10k time of 32:59.2 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships
• Named to USTFCCCA All Academic Teams
• Named to Spring Conference Carolinas Presidential Honor Roll

• Competed in all six meets for the Mountain Lions
• Was the top YHC finisher in five of the six meets
• Recorded two top-20 finishes, including an 11th-place effort at the UNG Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Ran career 10K time of 34:52.7 at NCAA Division II Southeast Regional (Nov. 19)
• Ran career 8K time of 27:09 at Berry College Invitational (Oct. 15)
• Named to the College Sports Communicators Division II Men's Track & Field/Cross Country All-District® Team
• Named to the Peach Belt Conference Men's Cross Country Team of Academic Distinction
• Named to the PBC Presidential Honor Roll

• Season-best 8K time of 29:11.1 came at the Bobcat Invitational (Oct. 9)
