YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Wyatt Whipp and the Mountain Lions Men's Cross Country Team finished in second place at the Conference Carolinas Championship on Friday (Oct. 24) afternoon. In the 8k, Wyatt finished in third place, with a time of 25:47.26. The senior performed at his best in the squads' biggest meet this season, earning First Team All-Conference Carolinas honors to boot. 

Brynley Walraven was the Mountain Lions' best performer at the Conference Carolinas Championship on the women's side, coming in 30th place. YH Women's Cross Country competed in the 6k, with Walraven reaching the finish line in 25:14.52, showcasing her speed as a freshman.
