YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | The Mountain Lions women's soccer team faced off against the Trailblazers from North Greenville University on Saturday (Oct. 26) afternoon at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field. Young Harris kept up the pressure against North Greenville, but so did the Trailblazers. The Mountain Lions took a 2-0 lead into the second half. North Greenville would go on to strike three times in the second half to take a 3-2 lead, before Shania Harris responded to even the score at three. Both teams bunkered down in the final nine minutes, ending the game with a 3-3 final score.

• North Greenville outshot Young Harris 20 (12 SOG) to 16 (9 SOG). 

• The Trailblazers had two corner kicks, compared to YHC's one. 

• The Trailblazers committed 11 fouls to the Mountain Lions six fouls.  

• Kenna Bothe (1), Siara Moore (1), and Shania Harris (11) scored the YH goals.  

• Emma Dennison, Kylie Mcilravy, and Brianna Berry scored the goals for NGU. 

• Haleigh Holland (2 GA) recorded 3 saves in the first half, and Anna Rickle (1 GA) racked up three saves in the second half for North Greenville. 

• Mckenna Peaster posted nine saves (3 GA).
