YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Aimee Durn's goal with under 19 minutes remaining gave Young Harris College a 1-0 Peach Belt Conference women's soccer victory over Georgia College Sunday (March 21) evening at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field.

The Mountain Lions improved to 4-3-0 overall and to 4-3-0 in the Peach Belt, while Georgia College fell to 1-5-0 and 1-5-0.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

• Durn's goal was the only shot on goal for the Mountain Lions. 
• Hannah Behner started the game-winning goal with a pass to Alexis Scarpinato, who played a through ball through the center of the field to Durn. Durn then beat the goalkeeper and deposited the goal into the left corner of the net. It was her second goal in 2021.
• Georgia College held a 7-4 margin in shots, including a 2-1 edge on goal.
• The Bobcats had two of their shots kiss the crossbar.
• YHC's Pien Van Kampen registered the shutout, tallying two saves.
