YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. | Young Harris College picked up a 6-1 women's tennis victory over Southern Wesleyan University Saturday (March 7) afternoon at the Bob and Gayle Nichols Tennis Complex.
The Mountain Lions snapped their five-match losing streak as they improved to 6-6, while the Warriors fell to 2-4. Young Harris opens up Peach Belt Conference action March 21 with a 1 p.m. match against Georgia College in Milledgeville, Georgia.
After the Mountain Lions captured the doubles point, Young Harris posted wins in the first five flights of singles.
