Jake Simpson has been named the Male Mountain Lion of the Week ending Oct. 4.

Simpson scored two goals - including the match-winner - as the No. 21 Mountain Lions defeated Anderson (S.C.) University Sept. 30. Simpson gave Young Harris all the goals they needed as he scored right before the half. He added an insurance goal 13 minutes into the second half.
